All packaged food must be in good condition to protect from potential contaminants. We cannot accept cans with dents or bulges. Food should be fully sealed and follow the above list of acceptable items.
Food must be prepared with mask and gloves and follow standardized food safety guidelines.
Restaurants donating pre-made food must label the prepared food with ingredients and date it from the day of preparation. Prepared food will be discarded after seven days.
Put new donations toward the back of the shelves, so food is consumed in the order it arrives.
